Liz Marston joined MK Law & Consulting in 2026, following 18 years as an attorney with Florida International University (FIU), where she focused on labor and employment law. Prior to joining FIU, Liz worked for a company that outsources human resources to small- to medium-sized companies. Drawing on her in-depth background in employment law, she provided leadership in various capacities during her 12-year tenure, including as general counsel. Earlier in her career, Liz was a partner at a Florida-based firm, where she focused her practice on employment and immigration law. Liz also served as a judicial law clerk for the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami, Florida.
