Anne Wilder joined MK Law & Consulting in 2022, bringing over 15 years of experience in higher education law. Anne provides a wide range of services to higher education institutions and nonprofit organizations, including legal research and analysis, policy development, and advising on board governance. Anne previously worked for the National Association of College and University Attorneys and as an attorney at a global law firm, where she advised K-12 schools and colleges and universities on a broad spectrum of legal and regulatory issues. Anne also has significant international experience, including work for the U.S. State Department at embassies in Europe and Africa.
