Lauren Ardell joined MK Law & Consulting in 2023, bringing with her a diverse background in tax law that she acquired since receiving her LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida School of Law. Lauren Ardell focuses on tax-exempt matters, ranging from creation and governance of public charities and private foundations to compliance matters. She also assists donors with gifting strategies. Lauren has a deep understanding of accounting and financial matters, which she developed through her work at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Silicon Valley and Washington, D.C., and as the director of finance for a nonprofit organization in Frankfurt, Germany. Lauren’s tax and accounting expertise allows her to assist tax-exempt organizations in both qualitative and quantitative matters.
