Ashley Daniels

Ashley Daniels joined MK Law & Consulting in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in public sector, education and nonprofit law. Ashley advises educational institutions, local governments, and nonprofit organizations on a broad spectrum of legal matters. Ashley’s career is marked by a focus on public service and education. Prior to her current role, she served as Associate General Counsel at Broward College in Fort Lauderdale, where she provided legal counsel on institutional matters, including transactions, policy development, risk management, student matters, and Title IX compliance. She began her career in private practice, where she honed her skills in municipal law, contract negotiation and regulatory compliance.
